Horses Running In

The pine forest and meadows that cover the hill behind the Ranch present a picture-perfect setting for our guided two hour trail rides.  Before each ride, our certified wranglers assign the horse best suited to your riding ability.  After saddling your own horse, you mount up in the large outdoor arena and begin with a lesson on basic horsemanship and safety.  Once you feel comfortable, the wranglers lead you up the horse trail to explore the endless number of trails on the hill.  Jeans and sturdy boots are required.  A large assortment of children's boots is available to borrow.  We require and provide riding helmets.  Special horse events can be arranged.  The cost of the two hour guided trail ride with instruction is $35.00 per person. Private and group arena lessons are available; one hour $35, half hour $25.

Safety Guidelines
We do have an age limit for children and a weight consideration for adults. Seven year olds may ride if they can carry their own saddles from the tack room to the arena fence. Adults with a weight concern can discuss their athletic ability and experience with a Wrangler.

Bring Your Own Horse
Thirty steel panel pens are available for individuals, 4H, riding clubs, and horsemanship clinic participants. Large outdoor arena and parking areas for trucks and trailers. Bring your own feed. Saddle up and ride out from the Ranch. $10 per horse, per night.
